filegofer provides a simple, flexible and customizable solution for your digital document management needs.
Once your filegofer account is set up, System Administrators and Users will be able to:
Manage User Accounts
System Administrators can create and delete users that will have access to your company's digital files. Administrators have the ability to assign up to four separate levels of security for each User Account.
File Transaction Log
System Administrators can view the File Transaction Log which creates a chronological account of all activity within your filing system including date, time, user, files uploaded, edited, or deleted. This will allow Administrators to pin point when and who altered any documents within your company's filing system.
Define Cabinets, Manage Drawers & Folders
System Administrators, and Users if given the proper security clearance, will be able to define as many File Cabinets as needed to customize the system to meet your company's need. Administrators and Users will also have the ability to define as many drawers within any one cabinet and as many folders within any one drawer. Each folder contains a customizable form field that houses user input data and uploaded files.
Add/Edit Files
System Administrators, and Users if given the proper security clearance, will have the ability to upload files to the customized form fields within the designated folders. Users will also have the capability of editing user input data.
Download Files
System Administrators and Users will be able to open, view, or save all files uploaded to the systems folders. Once open, files can be easily e-mailed or printed for use on any project task.
Change Password
All Users will have the ability to change their password at any given time once successfully logged into the system.
