A large school district was begining its long range planning process and needed information regarding their real estate assests readily available at the click of a button. The district owned dozens of school buildings, administrative properties, and vacant parcels. But each had its own history, blueprints, title documents, photo files, historical data, and more. The information needed was archived in decades worth of paper files in multiple buildings. The school distrcit scoured the marketplace for an "off-the-shelf" software solution but none made the cut.

filegofer met with the districts representatives to discuss the issues, needs, and goals for the project.
